Zucchini from garden – dark green vs. pale light green?

I have 4 zucchini plants, 3 of which produce “normal” looking zucchini – dark green. But one of the plants keeps producing this very pale light green zucchini. The fruit are the normal size of zucchini, it’s just a light pale green with white streaks on the skin. Is this safe to eat? Or is something wrong with the plant? Thanks.

Is it an alternative to global warming, dependency on fossil fuels, deforestation, depletion of the earth’s resources, extinction of several species, and acid rain? Is it an alternative to fighting wars over oil, oil lobbyists trying to run the show, and large corporations getting tax breaks and large subsidies? It doesn’t sound like an alternative to me; it sounds like a solution. What do you think?
